Course Objective

The programme is done for BRAHIM SATS as they have indicated a desire to create an Internship programme to seek local talents for their operations.

To provide an opportunity for local talents to undergo an Internship to seek a Career at BRAHIM SATS. The programme is also for the development of trainees to undergo training with SATS.

  • Module 2  : Introduction to Stewarding Operations
  • Module 3  : Fundamental of Catering
  • Module 4  : Introduction to Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Module 5  : Culinary Management
  • Module 6  : Hot & Cold Kitchen
  • Module 7  : Receiving & Storage
  • Module 8  : Basic Pastry & Baking
