Bachelor of Arabic Language and Linguistics

Bachelor of Arabic Language and Linguistics

Arabic is spoken by more than 467 million people around the world making it the fourth most spoken language and the official language of over 25 countries. In 1974 it was adopted as the sixth official language of the United Nations. Like other Semitic languages, Arabic is a complex yet beautiful language.

Our Bachelor of Arabic Language and Linguistics programme aims to impart the knowledge about the language and the discipline of sciences in Arabic. Above and beyond learning the language, students in the programme are also introduced to the Arabic culture. Our programme is unique as we have several international partner universities where students are able to join the exchange student programmes.
