Obtained of at least Grade C in SPM for the following subjects:

Possessed an Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) with a minimum score of Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of 80 percent in one (1) of the following subject;

• Three (3) other subjects besides the above subject

Obtained of at least Grade C in SPM for the following subjects:

Students must complete a total of 126 credits in order to be awarded the Bachelor of Building Surveying.

Students must take and pass all courses / subjects prescribed as:

RM 82,455.00*
