Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia subject

Possessed a Diploma from public universities / Polytechnics of the Department of Higher Education Malaysia in the field of Real Estate or related to Built Environment / Engineering/ Geomatic that is recognised by the Malaysian Government and approved by the University Senate with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

Obtained at least Grade B in SPM for four (4) subjects, including Mathematics

Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application

However, applicants who do not possess a MUET but possessed the following results may be considered for a conditional offer with the fulfilment of the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session:

Obtained at least Band 4.5 (Academic) in IELTS;

Obtained at least 477 points (PBT)/ 153 points (CBT)/ 53 points (IBT) in TOEFL

and
Not suffering from any vision impairments (blind in both eyes)

OR

REQUIREMENT 2

Possessed an Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) with a minimum score of Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of 80 percent in one (1) of the following subjects;

• Mathematics
• Physics
• Economics
• Accounting & Finance;
• Three (3) other subjects besides the above subject

and
Obtained at least Grade B in SPM for four (4) subjects, including Mathematics

and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application
