Bachelor of Shariah & Law

The Bachelor of Shariah and Law is designed to expose students with necessary skills and expertise in Islamic judiciary and advocacy. Similar exposure is channelled towards important Malaysian civil law subjects.The core courses include Islamic Property Law, Administration of Islamic Law, Islamic Judiciary and Islamic Family Law.The programme aims to produce graduates who are fully equipped with the substantive and procedural laws including some professional courses introduced in the programme.

General Entry Requirements
Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia subject

or
A credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia July papers and pass in History (SPM 2013 and above);

and
Achieve a minimum Band in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) as required in special requirements of the programme.

and
Have fulfilled all special requirements of the programme as may be prescribed by the Senate.
