REQUIREMENT 1

Possess a Diploma from UiTM / Ministry of Education Malaysia Polytechnic Diploma /UM Diploma / Diploma from Public University recognized by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the University’s Senate with at least CGPA 3.30 in any of the following field:

• Law
• Accounting
• Business Studies / Management
• Public Administration
• Human Resource Management
• Management

and
Obtained at least Grade B+ for Bahasa Melayu at SPM level;

and
Obtained at least Grade A- for English at SPM level;

and
Obtained at least band 4.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 4.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

and
Excellent in interview.

OR

REQUIREMENT 2

Pass STPM not in current year with at least CGPA 3.30 and obtained at least a Grade B+ for General Studies and any one (1) subject;

and
Obtained at least Grade B+ for Bahasa Melayu at SPM level;

Pass the Ministry of Education Malaysia Foundation in Law / Foundation in Law from Public University not in current year with at least CGPA 3.30.

and
Obtained at least band 4.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 4.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

OTHER  REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENT 1

Pass the GCE A-Level with at least one (1) Grade A and two (2) Grade B in three (3) subjects;

and
Obtained at least Grade B+ for Bahasa Melayu at SPM level;

and
Obtained at least Grade A- for English at SPM level;

and
Obtained at least band 4.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 4.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

However, applicants who do not have MUET but have the following results may be considered for conditional offer by fulfilling the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session:

Obtained at least Band 5.5 in IELTS;

or
Obtained score of at least 513 points (PBT), 183(CBT) and 65 (IBT) in TOEFL;

and
Excellent in interview

OR

REQUIREMENT 2

Possess the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) with a minimum score of 34 points;

and
Obtained at least Grade B+ for Bahasa Melayu at SPM level;

and
Obtained at least Grade A- for English at SPM level;

and
Obtained at least band 4.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 4.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

However, applicants who do not have MUET but have the following results may be considered for conditional offer by fulfilling the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session:

Obtained at least Band 5.5 in IELTS;

Possess the Australian Matriculation programme (AUSMAT) with a minimum Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) rank of 80 percent (%);

Obtained at least Grade B+ for Bahasa Melayu at SPM level;

Obtained at least Grade A- for English at SPM level;

and
Obtained at least band 4.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 4.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

However, applicants who do not have MUET but have the following results may be considered for conditional offer by fulfilling the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session:

Obtained at least Band 5.5 in IELTS;

Obtained score of at least 513 points (PBT), 183(CBT) and 65 (IBT) in TOEFL;

Students must complete a total of 160 credits in order to be awarded the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree.

Students must take and pass all courses prescribed as:
